05/04/2010 Shots Fired at Officers Kirkby Lane

Stockton Police officers responded to a disturbance on Kirkby Lane and a foot pursuit ensued with multiple subjects. An unidentified subject fired at officers with a handgun. No officers were injured. There was an approximately three hour search for the subject and he was UTL. CHP 30 Helicopter and the Stockton SWAT Team did a yard to yard search, without locating the subject who fired the shots. ICS was put into effect. Unknown if any of the other subjects were injured.
