CHP, SJSO and Stockton Police Pursuit
Around 0200 hours the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department Lathrop Police received a call of an armed robbery that had just occurred at the Circle K Store on Cambridge in Lathrop.

SUSD Pursuit-Guns thrown out of car 06-09-10 0206hrs
Around 0210 HRS 06/09/2010 Stockton Unified School District Police made a traffic stop at Harrison/Eigth St, the vehicle fled the stop and a pursuit ensued. Items were immediately thrown from the window near the original stop.The pursuit lasted approximately 20 mins, with speeds at times reaching in excess of 90MPH, the pursuit at one point made it to French Camp on Mathey Rd. near San Joaquin County General Hospital, where a gun was possibly thrown from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle then got onto Interstate 5 from French Camp heading North Bound back through City of Stockton. CHP, San Joaquin County Sheriffs, and Stockton Police all assisted in this pursuit, however SUSD was solo for almost the whole pursuit, PD, and SO finally being able to catch up near the termination of the pursuit.
Driver of the Vehicle exited at Ben Holt, and headed for the Arco Gas Station where Police blocked the subject in. The vehicle had tinted windows so there was no way to know how many people were actually in the vechile, SJ SO Deployed their K-9 in case they needed to use it, or in case of foot pursuit. Felony stop was conducted and three people were removed from the vehicle without further incident.
Originally when SPD and SJSO went to recover the gun, the could not find nothing but a digital scanner, near the hospital, however before SUSD took the subjects to be booked at the San Joaquin County Jail, they went back to the original stop and was able to recover some paraphernalia and a firearm.
Stockton Unified School District should be proud of these men and women, they do a fantastic job, without people understanding they put their lives on the line to, just like the rest of the police. The SUSD PD Unit on this night happened to be a two man unit, but still two solo officers for three subjects who did throw out a gun from the car, and appeared to have thrown another out by the hospital, they were pretty dangerous, and to the lone officer this could have been a tragedy. This is just another act of professionalism, and great job done by the Stockton Unified Police Department, and just goes to show they are the real deal, Sworn Peace Officers, who are willing to be right in the mix when they have to, they are not afraid to be Police Officers, and this is because this is what they are. Fantastic backup from Stockton Police Department, and the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Office.

Stockton Unified School Police Stolen Vehicle Flag Down
SUSD PD was flagged down by a subject who stated that their vehicle had just been stolen. SUSD is able to find the 10851 and a pursuit ensues, CHP eventually catches up, both SUSD officers follow the solo CHP unit, until they get backup from another CHP unit.
CHP request San Joaquin County Sheriffs k-9 to join the pursuit, before the S/O can catch up to the pursuit the subject exits the freeway and wrecks the vehicle. Subject is taken into custody, and once again SUSD does a fine job of being police officers, protecting the citizens of Stockton as well as protecting the Stockton Unified School district property and students.

05-10-10 SUSD Police Pursuit
Stockton Unified School District police attempted to stop a vehicle and the vehicle fled; A pursuit ensued, Stockton Police and CHP assisted in the pursuit. The driver was on parole and was apprehended by CHP and taken into custody. All agencies involved did a great job. Another Parolee off the street.

Stolen Vehicle Pursuit SJSO 02/22/2010
San Joaquin County Sheriffs office attempted to stop a stolen vehicle. A vehicle pursuit ensued through neighborhoods with speeds reaching over 65 plus. Spike strip'S were deployed and the subject was stopped and was tased after a short foot pursuit by CHP.

Short Stolen Veh Pursuit Terminated by Officer 01-04-10
The Valley Units {CHP/Police/SJ S/O} Anti Theft team spotted a vehicle with a lost or stolen plate on the vehicle. There was another car associated with the car that once the plate was ran came back 10851. The original car stopped, however the other car did not stop and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The pursuit was terminated by the pursing officer, he felt the speeds and the conditions were to dangerous.
A large amount of money and other item were discovered in the vehicle that did stop for the police.
This was a good call by the police, and they did a professional job in doing their duties. Good job SPD.

Subject Attempts to Ram Pursuing SPD Officers-12/01/2009
SPD attempts to stop a vehicle and the subject flees and then attempts to ram pursuing officers. Subject leg bails and then resist when officers are able to apprehend him. The pursuit ended with no one getting hurt and the subject being taken into custody.

Stockton Police Pursuit 11-04-09
Early Morning Stockton Police Pursuit of subjects who ran from a traffic stop. Pursuit ends in North Stockton neighborhood with two subjects taken into custody after a brief foot bail and chase. Speeds reached almost 70 mph through neighborhoods. No one was injured, and both subjects were in custody.

10-20-09 459pc Burglary Pursuit
SPD Officers observed possible 459pc suspects(burglary), the subjects fled from the officers and short pursuit ensued. Two subjects we able to get away, but the driver was taken into custody.

Sheriffs Deputies attempted to stop a subject wanted and the subject refused to stop. The subject lead authorities on a pursuit throughout North Stockton, heading towards Lodi, and eventually coming to the dead end of Davis Road. The subject wrecks at the end of Davis road and is pinned in the vehicle with fuel leaking. The Deputies were able to get the subject out of the wreckage after working for several minutes to extricate him.
The subject was booked in the San Joaquin County Jail.

SPD Officers attempt to stop a 215{PC}(Carjacking) suspect and the subject flees. The subject runs through several intersections without stopping and the officers loose him, then pick up the car again, and again loose the vehicle. The vehicle was found abandoned and the subject foot bailed. A loose perimeter was set up, and officers were looking for a hispanic male with a tatoo under his eye, with a shaved head. SPD was not able to apprehend the subject.

09-14-09 Early Morning SPD FTY Pursuit
SPD attempted to stop a vehicle and the subject was failure to yield. The subjects wrecked out and a foot pursuit ensued. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody after a short foot chase.
